When using text-underline-offset with an larger value and the underline is overflowing the element, the underline is not visible on buttons. Overflowing text underline on other elements are visible.

It seems to be working fine now in Safari Technology Preview 161. Marking this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Thanks!
