In my use case I am rendering WebGL textures with sources that derive from the local webcam user media and remote webcams through WebRTC. The simplest reproduction is at this link: https://threejs.org/examples/webgl_materials_video_webcam.html

My case is reproduced on 15inch Macbook Pro (2016) with Radeon Pro 455 GPU. I am aware of other members of my team having the same issue with different hardware.
