I didn't know how to search for this bug and I'm not even sure if it's related to java, I just know that the java plugin has to be installed to view these radar loops. Using the latest nightly, I went to
http://radar.weather.gov/radar_lite.php?product=NCR&loop=no&rid=ict
Clicking on this image should start the loop. The url changes but no animation happens. I tried another radar map and had the same result. The loop works with firefox 3.
