[Win][WK1] fast/events/currentTarget-gc-crash.html makes UI unresponsive

1. Start AppleWin MiniBrowser
2. Open "file://... path to .../fast/events/currentTarget-gc-crash.html"
3. MiniBrowser's UI becomes unresponsive

WinCairo WK1 MiniBrowser also reproduces.
WinCairo WK2 MiniBrowser doesn't reproduce.

* Don't include js-test-pre.js and js-test-post.js
* Removed gc()
* Added a counter to count up loading
