The diff is pretty similar to the original one. Looks like there is no spacing issues between expected and actual, but some kind of tiny aliasing differences between both (reproducible across machines).

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the good revision. The same issue kept appearing.

For the record, in a manual build - i.e. outside the flatpak SDK, invoking cmake directly - the test passes.
