As I am migrating the WebKit repository to git, I am also normalizing our author and committers. In particular, I am correcting authorship for commit queue patches and mapping some old commits to their correct committers.

In this process, I've stumble upon a few high-volume committers who do not have their old aliases in contributors.json, this bug is intended to track those cases.
