VoiceOver settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install the attached VoiceOver settings
2. Start VoiceOver
3. Go to https://codepen.io/toddlr/pen/QWERLVm
4. Press the up arrow key to move focus from the textarea to the last item in the list
5. Observe how VoiceOver announces the aria-label for the ARIA list when the list receives initial focus
6. Press the up arrow key again to move focus to the previous item in the list


What is the expected result?
Only the aria-label for the currently focused item is announced


What happens instead of that?
The aria-label for the list is announced each time an item in the list is focused

Unfortunately cannot. We don't have a fix or release available yet
