The website loads fine on simulation.
The images which we see failing to load, for those we are not seeing any response header.
On capturing the HAR files we will not see any of the images that failed to load and all the status codes will be 200.
The images which do not load, trying to open the image in new tab also does not work.
In the console window we see an error for all the IM images ( for the ones loaded and for the ones that did not load)
Example:

"Can not determine lazy image url from 'https://media.douglas.de/407892/150/one.two.free!-Step_3:_Pflege-Hydra_Power_Gel-Cream.jpg?imwidth=180'", Initiator.js:281 is the initiator for all the files.

this is an expected behaviour and can be ignored

steps to reproduce 

1. Accessed https://www.douglas.de/Gesicht/index_12.html noticed that one of the image did not load correctly, got the URL of the image and accessed it on a new tab

2. https://www.douglas.de/Sale-Pflege-Lancôme-Tagespflege-Hydra-Zen-Crème-50-ml_product_292605.html?spa=1

Noticed that It did not load again and it kept loading forever

OR

In case you see that all the images loaded as expected on accessing https://www.douglas.de/Gesicht/index_12.html please follow the below steps,

1. Access https://www.douglas.de/Gesicht/index_12.html
2. Try opening any product in the tab by right clicking, images wont load

Given that there is no problem in latest release, there isn't anything for us to fix.

I just need a confirmation regarding the ticket resolution, it's marked as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED" was anything changed?

The title of this bug says "The loading is fine on safari V14", so I understand that the issue does not occur with latest WebKit.

Since we cannot go back in time to fix Safari 13, there is no change to make in WebKit at this point. We use the "configuration changed" resolution for bugs that do not happen any more, but we don't know what exactly fixed them.
