I tried to stop a testing run on an EWS bot that was clearly not working by hitting the Stop button on https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/32/builds/21044, and instead of stopping, it printed out:

Cannot Stop: Please email admin@webkit.org or ping Aakash Jain on slack.


This seems very inefficient, and instead, the bot should just be stopped.
