master.cfg would be significantly different for buildbot 0.8 and buildbot 2.0 (e.g.: using c['www'] instead of c['status'], buildHorizon/logHorizon/eventHorizon no longer supported in newer buildbot, buildbotNetUsageData not being supported in old buildbot, different import locations etc.)

We should have a separate master.cfg for both buildbots and dynamically load appropriate one based on feature flag (which was added in https://trac.webkit.org/r268674).
