I am experiencing stuttering audio when toggling playback in the iOS lockscreen.

Steps to reproduce:
- When I visit a website which plays an audio stream (for example by visiting https://www.538.nl/ and pressing the play button)
- Lock the phone
- From the lockscreen press pause, then press play
- The audio will pay normally, but you will notice that within 10 to 15 seconds the audio starts sounding garbled / glitchy

I can provide a screen recording if necessary.
