Page Visibility has only few tests (technical constraint of not being able to background the page in a WPT), but the few that we do have pass on Firefox/Chrome/Edge and some fail on Safari: https://wpt.fyi/results/page-visibility?label=experimental&label=master&aligned. They are mostly timeouts, could someone take a look at these?
