gtk-api queue is in a bad shape with various issues (e.g.: issue related to libicudata.so.64 in https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/34/builds/18798/steps/10/logs/stdio)

We should also disable the queue from Buildbot (ews-build.webkit.org) for now, until the issue is fixed. Discussed with Diego Pino on slack as well.
