I've identified three community approved WebGL extensions currently supported by both Firefox and Chrome on macOS:

EXT_float_blend
EXT_texture_compression_rgtc
OES_fbo_render_mipmap (existing bug 141242)

I think it should be straightforward to implement these in WebKit on the ANGLE backend.
