Created attachment 406703 [details] A zip file with app and screenshots demonstrating the problem on U+10C00 character When using text-shadow on a font without the appropriate bold variants, a shadow goes between synthetic duplicates instead of all at the bottom. This shadow makes the text hard to read and invalidates the point of duplicating for a bold synthetic variant.
