Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/x093fr8t/3/
2. Move your mouse over and between the green and red elements

Expected:
The height of the green and red elements are the same all time 

What's went wrong:
The height of the green and red elements are changing and the layout starts to jumping. 


Able to reproduce in Safari Version 13.1.2 (15609.3.5.1.3) and Technology Preview Release 111 (Safari 14.0, WebKit 15610.1.23.1.2)
