gtk-wk2 is in a bad shape with various flaky and pre-existing test failures on trunk. Because of this, we never started displaying the status-bubble on Bugzilla for this queue.

We should also disable the queue from Buildbot (ews-build.webkit.org) for now, until the queue is in a good shape. The testing can continue on uat instance (ews-build.webkit-uat.org) or locally.

Also, we have already have this change on production instance for a while, just that it wasn't checked-in (since it was earlier thought to be very short-term).

Already discussed with Diego Pino on slack and he is fine with this change.
