It would be nice if the predicate taking functions in ParsingUtilities.h didn't require specifying the character type. For example, instead of typing:

     skipUntil<CharacterType, isASCII>(buffer);

it would be nicer if we could write:

     skipUntil<isASCII>(buffer);
