webkitcorepy has a simpler auto installer than WebKit. We should adopt it.

This umbrella bug tracks the eventual removal of webkitpy's auto-installer in favor of webkitcorepy's auto installer.

As of r268937, webkitpy's autoinstaller has been removed. Closing this bug.
