In the fix for Bug 126404 it was not noticed that a couple of layout tests were skipped under that bug ID:

webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/reading/format-r11f-g11f-b10f.html [ Skip ]
webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/rendering/clear-func-buffer-type-match.html [ Skip ]

They need to be re-enabled and rebaselined; both pass on top of tree.
