On bug 214414 the WPT css folder was updated. This caused new ref-test failures for the following tests:

  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-repeat/background-repeat-round-roundup.xht [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-repeat/background-repeat-round.xht [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-repeat/background-repeat-space.xht [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size/background-size-contain.xht [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-text-decor/text-decoration-thickness-from-font-variable.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-text-decor/text-underline-offset-variable.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-text-decor/text-underline-position-from-font-variable.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-values/ch-unit-002.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]
  imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-values/ch-unit-011.html [ ImageOnlyFailure ]

Note this failures happen on GTK, but not on Mac

These are fixed by bug #214550

Test(s) is passing after switch to Skia in 278498@main
