Input file doesn’t work on Safari on iPadOS 14 beta 2

Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/file
Click the input file
Pick a picture from photos or a file from explore option and accept 
The dialog doesn’t change, still shows no file selected

Using camera works, but picking a file doesn’t

Sorry, explore option works too, it’s only photos what is broken

I updated my only iPad, so can’t verify, but pretty sure it worked.
And works fine on iOS 13.
