compositing/video/video-border-radius-clipping.html

This test began flaky failing after the changes in 263223. The diff shows a red box instead of a green one. I am able to reproduce this using command:
run-webkit-tests --iterations 2000 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 --debug-rwt-logging --no-retry --force --no-build -f -1 compositing/video/video-border-radius-clipping.html

This reproduces on 263223 but not 263222.
