Steps:
1. Make an index.html local file with any content
2. Run `python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8080`
3. Open `http://localhost:8080/index.html`
4. Inspect page
5. Open Network tab, index.html, Security panel.


Notes:
A few STP version before, the content view with the error message covered "Connection" entirely.
