Either remove disablePrimitiveGigacage() if it's not needed, or implement a way to allow it to work.

Nevermind.  This wasn't broken before https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212585.  I'll just fix it in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212585.
