    bitmap0 => bitmapZeroes
    bitmapFilled => bitmapOnes
    bitmap3 => bitmap2Clone
    bitmapSmallZeroed => smallBitmapZeroes
    bitmapSmallFilled => smallBitmapOnes
    bitmapSmall1 => smallBitmap1
    bitmapSmall2 => smallBitmap2
