This test was added with https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/261004/webkit

It was found to be a flaky timeout (tracked with https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211326) and the test was updated in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/261106/webkit

The first flaky failure appears @ r261200 on 5/5/2020. There are no changes that immediately jump out to me as a potential regression point.
