After enabling MathML layout tests, the following set of tests is failing:

via ImageOnlyFailure:
- mathml/opentype/large-operators-displaystyle-dynamic.html
- mathml/presentation/href-enter.html
- mathml/presentation/href-style.html
- mathml/presentation/multiscripts-equivalence.html

via text-based Failure:
- imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/mathml/presentation-markup/tables/table-002.html

These are grouped in the same bug for convenience. They can be split out into separate bugs later if necessary.
