Can you attach the photo and/or give some details about it; like the image size and whether there is a filter applied to it nor not? Not sure what you mean by "filter". You can check it out yourself. The issue appears if I open the following facebook post. It's the one from the screenshot. https://www.facebook.com/cestujlevnecom/posts/3074329712647823 The issue appears at the same time as the mentioned chromium#1068170 - with graphics set to high performance, which in my case is when I have my 4k display plugged in. Please, is anyone working on this? Just asking, since the graphics related issues are just awful. - this & possibly related https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1068170 - I can turn off HW acceleration to fix it in chrome, but I can not do that for other electron apps so it still affects for example WhatsApp - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JBR-2474 seems to occur under the same circumstances and it also happens while GPU switching & waking up from sleep - the same as this issue Apple engineers indicated to me via email that this was an OS-level issue, and that a fix is forthcoming. |
