With the fix for Bug 208875, all of the tests in the directories:
  webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/textures/canvas/
  webgl/2.0.0/conformance2/textures/image_data/

now pass, and should be rebaselined with expected pass results, and enabled.

The webgl_canvas/ tests will all pass after the fix for Bug 183151 and should be re-enabled at the same time.
