This is technical information enquiry rather than a bug report.  

In the absence of an Install feature for PWAs in Safari, We are displaying user instructions to find and select the "Add to Home Screen" menu option in Safari.
However, for our apps to support internationalisation, I need to the ability to display all the supported language/locale translations for the "Add to Home Screen" menu option.

Can you please point me to the location in your source code (or elsewhere) where these translations are maintained?

I've found some of them documented here but the language list is incomplete.
