Sending beacons when Fetch KeepAlive feature is disabled crashes the WebProcess:
com.apple.WebKit.Networking: (WebKit) [com.apple.WebKit:IPC] Received an invalid message 'NetworkConnectionToWebProcess::LoadPing' from WebContent process 259, requesting for it to be terminated.
