Description:
This test is flaky timing out on Catalina wk2. The test flaky times out occasionally, with the oldest timeout on 3/12/2020 after consistently passing for a period of time. There is also a single failure that's less than two weeks old.

I was able to reproduce the failure on r259672 by running too many child processes, but I cannot reproduce the timeout with iterations or a test list.
