# STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. inspect <https://www.yahoo.co.jp> 2. go to the storage tab => no cookies are shown for <https://www.yahoo.co.jp> 3. reload the page => cookies sometimes show for <https://www.yahoo.co.jp>
