Description:
This test is flaky failing on Catalina wk2. The test was consistently failing up until 03/19/2020, then it started passing consistently but there are a few failures since then.

I am able to reproduce this issue with r259214 using the command below.

run-webkit-tests --iterations 900 --force -f --exit-after-n-failures 3 tiled-drawing/scrolling/frames/frameset-nested-frame-scrollability.html -g
