This test has become a flaky failure pretty recently on macOS wk1 & wk2 on both debug and release.

Test is flaky failure on macOS as documented before but also now on iOS wk2. The first occurrence of failure according to history for macOS is at r253080 nut more consistently after r258078. The first occurrence of failure for iOS is at r259421.
