Description:
This test is flaky failing on Mac wk2.The test has been flaky failing throughout the visible history, the oldest failure that I can load, r254949, has the same diff.

I am able to reproduce this on r257638 by running the following command:
run-webkit-tests --force -f --iterations 3000 --exit-after-n-failures 3 webgpu/whlsl/textures-sample.html

[1067/3000] webgpu/whlsl/textures-sample.html failed unexpectedly (reference mismatch)
[2410/3000] webgpu/whlsl/textures-sample.html failed unexpectedly (reference mismatch)
