Bug 207781

fast/events/scroll-in-scaled-page-with-overflow-hidden.html

This test started to timeout on debug and flaky timeout on release after commit 256577.

I was able to reproduce easily with running in iterations on debug and was able to run the test successfully on 256573 and reproduce it 100% of the time on 256577 but I do not have a debug spade between those to test with.
