I was not able to reproduce this issue with r255856.

I tried the following command:
run-webkit-tests --root xxx legacy-animation-engine/compositing/geometry/partial-layout-update.html --iterations 5000 -f --exit-after-n-failures 5 --force

result:
"All 5000 tests ran as expected."

This test is gone as of r258150, see bug 208815.
