Using STP 99 I have found that on a few occasions, page loading has 'just stopped' - but just within a specific tab/for a specific site.

For example this morning hangs are on 'hotukdeals.com', yet I can navigate on netflix (which I have open) and open up a new page like http://www.bbc.co.uk. The issue has previously affected other sites.

I previously raised https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201822 -- and this issue has some similarities - but that had global effect. This is much more isolated

I don't appear to have any issues with the site itself from mobile (iOS) or indeed using chrome on the same mac.

I do have most of the experiments enabled (
Will take some diagnostics then add further notes

I do have a sysdiagnose but am wary of posting here

To add
 - I was able to open up the same web page that was hanging just fine in a STP private window. Closing the regular window and trying to reopen and go to the same URL however would just hang.

closing STP and restarting, I was able to go to the same hotukdeals URL again with no problem

That's fair. Could you please report this via <https://feedbackassistant.apple.com> with the sysdiagnose, and post the feedback ID here? Please specify the time when this happened, to make it practical to find in sysdiagnose logs.
