Attached testcase shows how whitespace between the <img> and <br> causes a gap in WebKit, but not in Chrome or Firefox.

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 152 from attached test case and in test case, first container two boxes / rectangles does not touch each other similar to second container while in all other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106), they match each other.

Just wanted to share updated testing results. Thanks!

It seems this is working fine in Safari Technology Preview 173 now.

@Alan - anything progressed because of IFC or any other Whitespace changes?

This is fixed in bug 139199 (IFC progression)
