I don't see a pixel trail in Safari 14608.4.9.1.4 on macOS Mojave, nor with STP 98. Is this a regression?

Only seems to happen on non-Retina.

Cannot reproduce with Safari 13.0.5 of Mojave, can reproduce with STP 99.
