We have imported the folder LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css-timing-1 on 2018, but this folder in WPT has been moved now as css/css-easing (the spec has been renamed)

I have been testing to do a full update of all the WPT tests and it seems the import script doesn't detect this (directory css-timing-1 is gone).
Not sure if that's intended or a bug. I guess the latter.

Let's try to move/update this manually.
