I used to be able to do:
run-webkit-tests DeviceOrientation.PermissionSecureContextCheck*

Which would run both:
DeviceOrientation.PermissionSecureContextCheck
DeviceOrientation.PermissionSecureContextCheckDisabled

This was super convenient but stopped working a while back when our tools got updated.
