These tests are failing on Catalina wk2 in tandem. They always fail together on the same test runner. the results page has no image results unfortunately. returns a 404 error. 
Currently I cannot reproduce this locally.

History shows this began around r254345

The earliest failure I can see is after r254340, in which fast/gradients/conic-gradient-extended-stops.html and fast/gradients/conic-gradient-alpha.html both flaked. It seems like the problem must’ve been introduced either in or prior to r254340.

I can reproduce this on the bot

It looks like ImageDiff is timing out and this is why we are not getting results.
