Expected result
- HTMLVideoElement.getVideoPlaybackQuality frame counts should increase over time
Actual result
- Frame counts don't increase when the video source is a mediaStream
Looks like the same issue was reported on Firefox a few months ago: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1586505. It contains a useful discussion and links to more info including a simple repro (https://codepen.io/jproov/pen/qBBBRVN).
