Test `http/wpt/cache-storage/cache-quota-add.any.html` is failing. The test depends on `WebKitTestRunner/TestController.cpp:setAllowStorageQuotaIncrease` which is not yet implemented.

This test is no longer in WebKitGTK TestExpectations file. The test has been passing for at least the last 4000 revisions:
