[EWS] Limit pre-existing JSC tests failures to display in buildbot summary.

The buildbot summary becomes unreadable and huge, when the number of pre-existing failures are huge, e.g.: 1924 failures in https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/26/builds/5683
