In the XHTML file I'm about to attach, the tops of SVG text regions are frequently not redrawn when scrolling (particularly when scrolling slowly by dragging the scroll thumb). Best steps to reproduction: 1. Open attached XHTML file. 2. Resize window so visible region is less than half the document vertically. 3. Scroll to bottom 4. Scroll back to top using scroll thumb, relatively slowly such that distance scrolled is just a few pixels at a time. This may be related to Bug #16188 and/or Bug #15386 but the manifestation is slightly different. I'm not sure so I'm submitting the bug anyway.
