Another bare minimal test case. Should be able to animate the width of a rect. After two seconds, the rectangle on the right should look identical to the rectangle on the left. Works in Opera and other SMIL-compliant viewers. Doesn't work in WebKit-r31381

It seems this bug is already fixed after landing Antti's patch: bug 18375
